喀飛是台灣同志運動的重要代表，作為台灣首個同志團體「社團法人台灣同志諮詢熱線協會」的催生者之一，致力於同志平權與性平教育推廣。他的工作串連起無數同志的生命故事，也讓社會聽見那些曾被忽略的聲音。
2021年，喀飛出版《同運三十》，紀錄台灣同志運動三十年的足跡，見證從抗爭、傾聽到法案推進的歷程。這本書不只是歷史紀錄，更是對所有無名運動者的致敬。
直至今日，喀飛仍是穩定同志社群的核心力量，透過社群講座、教育宣導及活動參與等形式，陪伴台灣一步步走向平權。
Profile
Ka-fei is a prominent figure in Taiwan’s LGBTQ+ movement. As one of the founders of Taiwan’s first LGBTQ+ organization, the Taiwan Tongzhi Hotline Association, he has dedicated his work to promoting LGBTQ+ rights and gender equity education. Through his efforts, countless LGBTQ+ life stories have been connected and amplified, giving voice to those who were previously overlooked by society.
In 2021, Ka-fei published Thirty Years of Taiwan’s LGBTQ+ Movement, documenting three decades of Taiwan’s LGBTQ+ activism—from protests and listening initiatives to legislative progress. The book serves not only as a historical record but also as a tribute to all the unnamed activists who contributed to the movement.
To this day, Ka-fei remains a central figure in sustaining Taiwan’s LGBTQ+ community, supporting the path toward equality through community talks, educational outreach, and active participation in events.
人物紹介
喀飛（カーフェイ）は台湾のLGBTQ+運動を代表する人物であり、台湾初のLGBTQ+団体「台湾同志ホットライン協会（社團法人台灣同志諮詢熱線協會）」を設立した1人である。権利運動とジェンダー平等教育の普及に尽力し、多くの当事者の物語を繋ぎ、これまで社会の中で見過ごされ、聞かれることのなかった声を可視化し、社会に届けてきた。
2021年には著書『同運三十』（未邦訳）を出版し、台湾LGBTQ+運動30年の軌跡を記録し、闘争から対話、そして法制化に至るまでの道のりを綴った。この本は歴史の記録であると同時に、無名の活動家たちへの敬意の表明でもある。
喀飛は現在も講座や教育啓発を通じてコミュニティを支え、台湾が平等へと1歩ずつ進むその歩みに寄り添い続けている。
